EAST..??? - WEST...???
Mon Apr 06, 2009 6:26 am by johnbonham
Down to the crunch.....

Who from the East...and who will be there from the West ??

From the East, it's pretty much a crap shoot " AFTER " picking the obvious choice for a favorite....the Boston Bruins....!!

strong contenders from #2 in my mind would be....

Carolina
Washington
Pittsburgh / Montreal
New Jersey

like I said.....a crap shoot.......who ever get's hot, and has the hottest goalie !

In the West.......

Obvious choice.....Detroit followed by the Sharks .......pretty much cut and dry !

Although it doesn't alway's happen this way as we've seen in the West....

It would be nice to see a team like Columbus and or Calgary get on a roll, hit a few high-notes
and be in the mix after the 1rst or 2nd rounds....

2 cents...

JB
