Can I say here we go again??

I swear it's fate that these two teams meet. I personally think montreal is in a heap of trouble this time against a steriod filled boston team. Regular season stats show why! Yes this is a rivalry and it's great for the fans and whatever but it's getting old fast. I seriously believe montreal did not want to win the last game against the pens just to solidify a spot against the bruins. God only knows why they would want to do that.

When the playoffs start though it's like erasing all the mistakes in the regular season and it's a clean slate starting fresh. Well there was alot of mistakes for the habs this year for sure!! Normally when montreal plays boston I have the feeling that they are gonna come through and it has happened pretty much everytime. But boston is so overdue it's not even funny. If they don't win this series they might as well not even show up next season at all.

Well as a habs fan I will be cheering them on like normal and hoping they win as much as they can. But if they do go out to the bruins I will not be losing any sleep over it.

Like almost EVERY year.....as the saying goes....this one is shaping up to be an awesome series, until the puck is dropped that is and Montreal makes fools of everyone that picked Boston !!

that said....I DO believe this time round, after watching the Habs without Markov and Schneider... if indeed he is out of the lineup, will be tough to overcome the lack of defence missing......Price has had to stand on his head the last couple games and mostly for one reason .....way to many odd man rushes and to many times are there opposing players standing alone in from of the net....if they have to out-score their opponents such as the Bruins to win most of their games, they will be in trouble. I know they can put the puck in the net when they are going but......so can the Bruins !!

Shocker.....goal-tending is key in the post season !

If Tim Thomas plays like he has this season, it's going to be tough to beat them this time round !

The Habs in my mind have to hope for the Bruins to take undisciplined penalties..( being overly aggressive ) and make the Bruins pay, otherwise...as they say..." golf clubs early " for the Habs !
