I HATE THIS GUY!!!! but... yes but... he can play the game!! Is there any better pest in the league other then this guy....His record with the Rangers was very good!!! Dallas no so much but in New York he was somewhat muzzled by Sather... and if he really does get the help he needs then he may be able to resume his career... but he still needs to keep that edge on the ice to be successful.... Averys problem is off the ice... If he loses that he will be fine... so lets see how his minors stint goes..... All in all someone will take a chance on this guy

Just listening to him after his first game in the minors is sounding pretty good. He's not as cocky, that is definite, he has to learn to keep his mouth on the ice. So far so good..if he played like he talked, he would be the top ten in the league lol!

I would take him on my team without thinking twice.

He is a very talented player and can put up usually 20 goals a season. He obviously knows how to talk which destroys other teams. He doesnt take cheap shots like Hollweg, Neil, Ruutuu do.

He may be hated because he pisses guys off, but he is a good hockey player who is going to help the Rangers once he comes back to the NHL.
